Mencap is seeking Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated and supportive team in Kirkby‑in‑Ashfield. This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity to support people with a learning disability to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives.

About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll provide person‑centred support to adults with learning disabilities, helping them live life on their own terms. You’ll be working with individuals who each have their own abilities, interests, and goals.

Your role may include:

• Supporting with daily activities and routines
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Helping people engage with their local community

Contract & Shifts

• Contract type: Relief
• Shift patterns: 24‑hour care services
• Rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance, giving you the flexibility to plan your personal and social life
