About the Role

As a Relief Support Worker, you’ll support people with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. No two days are the same — you’ll be:

• Supporting with daily activities and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and choice
• Providing emotional support and companionship
• Helping individuals access their local community

You’ll be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own abilities, personalities, and aspirations.

Contract & Shifts

• Contract type: Relief
• Shift patterns: 24-hour care services
• Rotas prepared 4 weeks in advance – so you can plan your life around work
• Optional non-contractual sleep-in shifts, paid at a flat rate of £64.20 

• • All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
