As a Support Worker, you will:
- Support people with everyday activities at home and in their community
- Encourage independence, confidence and choice
- Provide emotional support and build meaningful, trusting relationships
- Help people live the life they choose, in a way that works for them

Who we are looking for
You don’t need previous experience but we’re looking for the right values and attitude. You’ll be someone who has:
- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Strong communication skills and a warm, person‑centred approach
- A positive, empathetic outlook towards people with learning disabilities
- Flexibility to work across a rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
You will need to be a driver for this role.
Working hours & contracts
We offer flexibility to fit around your life:
Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week Part‑time: Flexible hours to suit your availability
Our services run 24 hours a day, and rotas are planned at least 4 weeks in advance, so you can still plan your social and personal life.
Shift patterns include:
Day shifts: Between 07:00 – 22:00 Sleep‑in shifts: 22:00 – 07:00
Sleep‑ins are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £64.20 per shift.
