    What you’ll be doing

    As a Support Worker, you will:

    • Support people with everyday activities at home and in their community
    •  Encourage independence, confidence and choice
    •  Provide emotional support and build meaningful, trusting relationships
    •  Help people live the life they choose, in a way that works for them

    This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same - but the impact you make is huge.

     Who we are looking for

    You don’t need previous experience but we’re looking for the right values and attitude. You’ll be someone who has:

    •  A genuine passion for supporting others
    •  Strong communication skills and a warm, person‑centred approach
    •  A positive, empathetic outlook towards people with learning disabilities
    •  Flexibility to work across a rota, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays

    You will need to be a driver for this role.

     Working hours & contracts

    We offer flexibility to fit around your life:

    Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week        Part‑time: Flexible hours to suit your availability

    Our services run 24 hours a day, and rotas are planned at least 4 weeks in advance, so you can still plan your social and personal life.

    Shift patterns include:

     Day shifts: Between 07:00 – 22:00                       Sleep‑in shifts: 22:00 – 07:00

    Sleep‑ins are paid at an enhanced flat rate of £64.20 per shift.
