Mencap is recruiting Support Workers in Loughborough, and we’re looking for caring, proactive people to join our team.

We have:

• 1 Full-Time Contracts (37.5 hours)

• 1 Part-Time Contract (30 hours)

💷 Sleep-ins paid at £63.70 per night (non-contractual)
📅 Shifts on a rota basis: weekdays, weekends, evenings, and sleep-ins

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting people with daily living – cooking, budgeting, cleaning

• Helping with personal care (where needed)

• Promoting independence and community involvement

• Building positive relationships and communication
