We’re looking for compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly team in Corby on a part-time or Full time basis. In this rewarding role, you’ll support four adults aged 40–late 70s with learning disabilities to live happy, independent lives.

No two days are the same. You might be helping someone with daily routines, personal care, medication, or mobility support, or enjoying activities together such as arts and crafts, cinema trips, meals out, watching films, or supporting appointments.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living activities and personal care

• Assisting with mobility needs including wheelchairs and hoisting

• Supporting people to enjoy social activities and community outings

• Providing emotional support and encouragement

• Working as part of a supportive team (no lone working)

About the role

• Part-time or Full time hours

• £12.21 per hour

• Driver preferred (automatic vehicle available)

• Sleep-ins required – at least one per week

• Shift times may include:

  • 7:15am – 2:15pm

  • 7:30am – 2:30pm

  • 2:30pm – 9:30pm

During core hours you’ll work alongside three staff members, and two staff overnight, ensuring a supportive environment for both colleagues and the people we support.
