We have an exciting opportunity for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in Mansfield, supporting adults with a learning disability.
This is a 27-hour Floating Night role, working flexibly across both services. The role follows a structured rota of six consecutive night shifts, followed by a period of time off, providing a consistent and balanced working pattern.
What you’ll be doing
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the people we support feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the night. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support with personal care where required
- Carrying out regular wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with light household duties such as laundry and cleaning
- Promoting a calm, safe, and reassuring environment overnight
