Help Spread the Word About Mencap's New Llandudno Shop!
We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help raise awareness of our new Mencap shop in Llandudno. By distributing leaflets in the local community, you'll help us attract new customers, supporters, donors, and volunteers, ensuring the shop becomes a valued part of the local area.
What will I be doing?
- Deliver promotional leaflets throughout Llandudno and surrounding areas
- Help raise awareness of our new shop and the great bargains available.
- Encourage local people to visit, shop, donate, and volunteer.
- Suggest local venues, groups, and community spaces where leaflets could be displayed.
What we are looking for?
- Someone who enjoys being out and about in their local community.
- Friendly and enthusiastic about supporting a good cause.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
As a Mencap volunteer you will:
- Support the successful launch and growth of a new community shop.
- Make a positive impact for people with a learning disability.
- Meet new people and build local connections.
- Be part of a friendly and supportive team.
This is a flexible volunteer role, with no regular commitment expected - shifts will be arranged directly with your volunteer manager.

After the year is up, if you have not volunteered again, our system will automatically make you a leaver on our system.
