  • An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and passionate full time (37.5 hours per week) Service Manager to lead the launch of a brand-new supported living service in Doncaster, consisting of 11 individual flats.

    About the Role

    Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful opening and management of our new Doncaster service.

    You will lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to deliver outstanding, person-centred support while ensuring the service operates to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.

    This role offers a rare opportunity to help shape every aspect of the service, from recruitment and team development through to creating a culture that reflects your leadership style and values.

    You will:

    • Lead, develop and inspire a brand-new team of Support Workers
    • Create a positive, engaging and person-centred culture from the outset
    • Build strong relationships with families, professionals and local stakeholders
    • Ensure high-quality support is delivered in line with individual needs and aspirations
    • Oversee compliance, quality assurance and service performance
    • Promote independence, choice and inclusion for the people we support
    • Provide hands-on support when required and lead by example
    • Drive continuous improvement and champion best practice across the service
