💙 What we’re looking for

• A genuine passion for supporting others to live their best lives
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive, meaningful relationships
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
• A positive, empathetic, and person-centred approach when supporting individuals with learning disabilities

⏰ Contract options

• Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
• Part-time: Flexible hours based on your availability
• Relief: Flexible working with no set hours or shifts

🕒 Shift patterns

• Day shifts: Between 07:00 – 22:00
• Sleep-ins: 22:00 – 07:00
• Sleep-in payment: Enhanced flat-rate payment of £64.20 per sleep-in
