  • We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst who wants to combine technical expertise, statistical insight, and sector knowledge with strong stakeholder engagement to deliver accurate, meaningful, and impactful data.

As our Data Analyst, you will work with data to create dashboards for our services and collaborate closely with our Quality team, Data team, and Technical team. You’ll be the subject matter expert for Quality data, shaping how data is structured, accessed, and utilized. You’ll champion best practices in analytics and drive innovation through predictive modelling, automation, and data-driven improvements.

This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility on location. While we have large offices in London and Peterborough and smaller offices across the UK, the position is primarily remote with occasional travel for meetings.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Automate reporting tools with embedded recommendations and workflows to support KPI tracking and performance improvement.
    • Recommend process improvement based on statistical data insights
    • Investigate complex data challenges independently, applying logical reasoning and curiosity to uncover root causes and practical solutions.
    • Monitor key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Apply sector knowledge to support compliance, quality improvement, and safeguarding.
    • Generate actionable insights for the Quality team, senior leadership, and operational stakeholders.
    • Lead analytics and dashboard initiatives for current and future data systems, gathering requirements and developing training materials to support adoption and data literacy.

    About You

    You will have:

    • Level 4 Data Analyst (or equivalent) with substantial experience in Power BI, SQL, and Python for reporting, automation, and insights. Desirable experience with Sisense.
    • Proven ability to design and deliver organisation-wide dashboards and analytical reports tailored for diverse audiences.
    • Experience collaborating with technical teams to align data structures with business needs.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently to define scope, clarify ambiguous requests, and deliver high-quality outputs.
    • Pride yourself on being a logical, detail-orientated thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

If you are passionate about turning data into actionable insights and driving continuous improvement, apply now – applications close on Friday 21st  December. Interviews will be held via Microsoft Teams during the week beginning 5th January, 2026.
