We are seeking 3 dedicated and self-motivated skills coaches to join our dynamic team on a full-time (37.5 hours per week) permanent basis.

The role aims to support people to learn the skills they need to go on and achieve sustained paid employment, to do this you will be:
- Accountable for learner progression in the workplace and achieving outcomes for the learner.
- You will deliver support in various ways: 1-on-1 job coaching, working with learners to develop employability skills, and embedding English and Math learning in the workplace.
- The role aims to support people to learn the skills they need to go on and achieve sustained paid employment.
Do you have the experience required for a Skills Coach? (Essential):
- Proven experience supporting individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of safe working practices.
- Knowledge of the relevant sector.
- GCSE English & Maths (A-C/9-4 or equivalent).
- Proficient ICT skills.
- Excellent communication and record-keeping abilities.
- Valid UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle for frequent travel within the Birmingham & Solihull area, including travel to our office in Birmingham City Centre.
