We support autistic people, people with a learning disability, and people and families experiencing barriers to live healthier, happier, and inclusive lives.   • The role: As a Children's Support Worker, you will be at the heart of providing care, encouragement, and development opportunities to children and young people. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll deliver engaging activities, provide tailored support, and help each individual build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections.
  •  
  • Key duties:
  • • Deliver creative workshops, play sessions, and activities tailored to children's needs on a 1:1 basis.
  • • Support children in accessing community facilities and building social networks.
  • • Act as a key worker, developing person-centred plans that empower each child to achieve their goals.
  • • Assist with personal care, while promoting dignity and independence.
  • • Conduct client needs assessments and reviews.
  •
