Are you highly organised? Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have a passion for making a difference? If so, we may have the role for you in our Worcester team.

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Coordinator on a full-time, (37.5 hours per week) basis to work with our Worcester Supported Internship team.

As a EHCP Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of the EHCP review process. This will be for our existing learners and those due to join the programme at the start of the next academic year.

About the role: 

  • Work closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure EHCPs are of good quality.
  • You will be responsible for them being up to date and completed in a timely manner in line with the SEND Code of Practice. As well as coordinating EHCPs the role will take on responsibility for bringing in referrals to the programme.
  • You will confirm all learners accepted on to the programme are suitable, to ensure we are supporting learners to achieve paid work outcomes by the end of the academic year.

This role requires good organisation, attention to detail and ability to keep to timescales and targets.

Do you have the skills and requirements for the EHCP Coordinator?

· Professional conduct and the ability to work collaboratively

· Experience of delivering against targets

· Experience of being involved in an EHCP review process

· Experience of working with young SEND learners

· A-C/9-4 English & Maths GCSE (or equivalent)

· Good time management and planning skills
