Due to internal progression of our existing Learning Frameworks Practice Advisor (Quality Assurance), we have an exciting opportunity for you, an experienced Learning Frameworks Practice Advisor/Internal Quality Assessor, to join the Quality Team working with Mencap Training Academy. You will be predominately working with our teams based in London, with travel to other areas as needed.

We are looking for a friendly, professional and confident individual to support our education programmes within Mencap Training Academy.

The successful applicant will support delivery teams with quality assurance and improvement activities to help drive up Quality of Education and experience for learners.

This includes:

  • Undertaking internal quality assurance checks, observations, providing feedback to support quality improvement
  • Coaching team members
  • Maintaining effective records of completed activity

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) and home-based role, which will require regular travel within the London area, and occasional travel outside the London area for meetings and to support other services as the need arises.
