· A positive, empathetic approach, and an understanding of the challenges people with learning disabilities may face
· A valid UK manual driving licence – you must be able to drive to support people in the community

Experience is always welcome, but what matters most is the right attitude. If you’re kind, proactive, and eager to learn, we’ll provide full training and support to help you thrive in your role.

Additional Information
· All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
· We are proud to be an equitable, diverse and inclusive employer. We warmly welcome applications from all communities and particularly encourage disabled applicants and those from Black, Asian and other underrepresented backgrounds to apply.

*Due to the nature of this service, we are looking for female only applicants.  This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1.
