We are on the lookout for a dynamic and professional Assistant Employee Relations Manager to join our innovative team on a full time (37.5) hours per week permanent basis. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping our employee relations strategies, empowering colleagues, and creating an environment where everyone thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Employee Relations team in managing and resolving employee relations issues.

  • Champion inclusivity in every aspect of employee relations, supporting both colleagues and volunteers with care and empathy.

  • Spark open and authentic conversations, encouraging transparency and trust across teams.

  • Take charge of fostering a positive, respectful, and safe workplace, addressing and calling out inappropriate behaviour to maintain a supportive atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with leaders across the organisation to share and implement best practices in employee relations.

  • Continuously seek creative ways to improve processes and outcomes, keeping our workplace one of the best places to work.
