We have an exciting opportunity within the Finance Operations Team for two Finance Operations Coordinators based at our Peterborough Office. Both positions are full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent contracts. We offer flexible working at Mencap, with a mix of home and office-based working, the successful candidate must be able to commute to our office in Peterborough, which will be your contractual workplace.
What will you do as a Finance Operations Coordinator?
- You will be responsible for processing payments
- Managing invoices
- Prepare and process month end journals
- Process all finance transactions required to maintain the sales, purchase and general ledgers.

- Ideally a candidate with a finance background

- Someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong attention to detail
