You could become a person with a learning disability’s Sidekick. Or make a weekly commitment to one of our projects or services. Or just take one day a year to cheer on our plucky marathon runners. Or chip in with some admin, gardening or campaigning. There are so many ways to get involved. And they contribute to the one thing we’re all here for – changing people’s lives for the better.
