Support Worker - Llanelli
Locations: Llanelli (SA14, SA15 & SA17) — one position per location
Contract: Full‑time (37.5 hrs) or Part‑time (flexible hours)
Who we support:
Adults with learning disabilities, each with their own interests and routines—arts & crafts, baking, swimming, shopping, attending local rugby matches, day trips, or community groups. Some have jobs; others prefer concerts or movie nights. Independence and community participation are at the heart of everything we do.
What you’ll do:

Personal care, household routines, and meaningful daily activities

Help with community outings—cafés, cinema visits, social meet-ups, clubs

Assist with transport using residents’ mobility vehicles (you’ll need a full UK driving licence.)

Provide attentive, consistent support to enable each person to live the life they choose
Shifts & Pay:
- Hourly rate: £12.60 per hour
- Day shifts: mix of mornings, afternoons, evenings (staffing rotas 4 weeks in advance)

Hold a full UK (or EU) driving licence—own car is a bonus

Are interested in working flexible shifts—including mornings, evenings, sleep‑ins, and optionally waking nights.
