We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Independent Advocate. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing person centred advocacy to individuals qualifying under the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act and Care Act
Key Responsibilities:
> Delivering drop ins on inpatient mental health units.
> Providing clients with information about their rights in relation to Health and Social Care processes.
> Listening to clients and ensure they are included in decisions made about them.
> Building clients' confidence and empowering individuals to self-advocate.
> Maintaining accurate and up to date case notes.
