We are looking for Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services based in the Trowbridge area on a permanent part time basis, 30 hours per week
About our Services
We have 3 services in the Trowbridge area and support 9 people who live in these services. The people we support are in their 30s and are looking for an enthusiastic support worker to help them live life to the full. The ideal applicant will be calm, with a sense of humour and fun, supporting people with a wide range activities as they love to be out and about.
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
- Being able to reduce social isolation of people with a learning disability.
- Being able to increase the independence and confidence of individuals with a learning disability.
- Enabling the people with a learning disability to fully access their local communities.

Shift times:
All our services are 24hr care. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
- Days: Between 09:00am-10:00pm
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45.
