MALE ONLY - We are looking for a Male Relief Support Worker to join our amazing supported living team based in Northallerton. Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. Ideally a driver who can drive a manual car is preferable for this role to meet the needs of the tenants active lifestyles.
This role requires you to be a driver.
Are you a caring & enthusiastic person? A craft or music lover? If so, this could be the job for you! You will be supporting tenants to day centres, social activities and live their best lives at home and in the community.
We support three gentlemen who have a learning disability, who are good friends, and live in our supported living services in Northallerton. We are looking to grow our inclusive, knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly staff team!
Supporting someone with their daily life is not a 9-5 job. You will need to be able to work across a range of different days and shift patterns, including some sleep in shifts (Payment for sleep ins is competitive and compliant with National Living Wage requirements). We realise that your quality time is important too, so your rota is prepared well in advance -Got a request, something special going on? Your manager will certainly try to help you meet it.
