We are recruiting an experienced PMO Analyst to join our vibrant and inclusive team. This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent role. We are flexible with where you do your work, but there may be occasional travel to some of our offices (approx. 1 trip per month to our London Office and approx.1 additional trip per quarter to either our Birmingham or London Office)
The successful applicant will lead on all PMO Analyst activities and processes required across the organisation.

You’ll have skills and experience in:
- Project planning and control techniques.
- Stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in administration of PPM tooling.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to utilise different data sources.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience of providing secretariat services.
- Well-honed verbal and written communication skills.
- Experienced in embedding external best practice and supporting communities of practice.
- Knowledge of the project lifecycle, gateway reviews and health-checks.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing high quality PMO analysis, support and administration activities.
- Providing secretariat support to governance groups and meetings.
- Assisting with the compilation and analysis of portfolio reports for presentation at management meetings.
- Tracking project, programme and portfolio metrics, recommending corrective actions as necessary.
- Proactively identifying and escalating project risks, issues and dependencies.
- Tracking actions arising from gateway reviews, project health checks, and audit reports as necessary.
- Supporting the development of project governance standards, systems, tools and templates.
- Facilitating lessons learned and knowledge sharing across communities of practice.
- Supporting the development of business cases, project plans and other artefacts.
- Facilitating and leading project / portfolio workshops, including benefit, lessons learned and risk workshops.
- Supporting the PMO Roadmap delivery.
- Deputising for the PMO Manager.
