We are looking for an inspiring, motivated and highly experienced Deputy Fundraising Director (Relationships), to grow net income through relationship-based fundraising which includes philanthropy, corporate and community fundraising.

It’s never been more important for us to attract innovative fundraisers who can adapt quickly to changes in the external environment and ensure we are continuously able to achieve our objectives, regardless of what challenges we face.

You will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy to exponentially grow net income through relationship-based fundraising. Therefore, you must have extensive experience of transforming income and performance within numerous relationship based income streams and in leading large teams.

Leading multiple teams you will be able to demonstrate that they have the potential to excel working within all elements of the Our Leadership Way framework ‘Our Leadership Way’. As a leader you will demonstrate a genuine passion for Mencap and will always represent our core values.

We now need a terrific leader to help take us even further.  If you are a high performing fundraiser and leader, have a commercial approach to income generation activities, have an outstanding track record in the field of high value giving and are skilled in embedding a performance driven culture whilst collaborating with a very wide and varied group of stakeholders – please get in touch.
