We are looking for a Support Worker to join our amazing team. If the above sounds like you then hit the apply button!

We provide support to 6 unique individuals who have a learning disability. Our individuals all require different support so you can expect to be supporting people with day to day tasks such as shopping, cooking, eating and drinking, laundry, personal care, finances, medication and administration. You will also support them to organise activities and access the community, to socialise and for leisure, as well as to attend health appointments.

Being a support worker isn’t just about making the day to day life easier, it’s about helping people reach their dreams and have days that can only be described as EXCEPTIONAL. An exceptional day could be swimming with Dolphins, singing let it go at the top of your lungs, watching the F1 or going horse riding. An exceptional day will be different for each individual but helping them reach their goals and dreams is one of the most rewarding parts of being a support worker.

Support work can be required 24 hours a day so you must be willing to work flexibly as and when required. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week, weekends and bank holidays with sleep-ins as well. Previous experience would be a great advantage for this role.
