Job Advert

Mencap are recruiting for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our well-established Business Applications team in Hampton, Peterborough. This role is a permanent contract and is full time, working 37.5 hours per week.

The System Administrator will predominantly support HR and payroll functions as part of the Business Application Team and be responsible for the maintenance and administrative duties for system/s, including but not limited to system configuration, maintaining data integrity, report writing, incident management and working with stakeholders. The system administrator role does not require in-depth IT technical skills and knowledge.

This is a varied roll and you will have strong abilities to maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working at speed to meet deadlines and targets as well as being able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels to be able to assist individuals both internally and externally.

We require the successful candidate to have demonstrable experience of using and/or supporting with ResourceLink, specifically in a payroll function. You will have a natural ability for problem solving and issue resolution, working on your own initiative.
