We have a truly exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our IT Service Desk to provide excellent support to our rapidly growing user base. You will be dealing with internal stakeholders to provide advice and support with various IT queries - these could range from password resets through to potential major incidents.

As the first point of contact within the IT function, you must have experience of working in a fast paced environment, the ability to diagnose incidents, provide solutions or escalate to the correct team member as necessary.

The ability to prioritise your workload as well as being professional and accountable for designated tasks is essential.  You will also be confident and will have experience of using IT applications, but you do not need to be an expert.

As a big part of this role will be to provide the best customer service, you must demonstrate an excellent telephone manner with the ability to handle queries with a helpful and supportive attitude.  Previous experience of call logging systems would be desirable but not essential as training will be given.

This role is based in our Peterborough office; shifts are on a rota basis between 8am-6pm, so you must be flexible to work between these times Monday-Friday.
