Job Advert

We are looking for Relief Facilitators to support us with our work across Sutton and Croydon. In this role you will support our co-ordinators in the delivery of "ME TIME" programmes where you could be supporting people with Leisure activities such as;

  • Swimming
  • Golf
  • Cricket
  • Bowling
  • Ice Skating... and much much more fun to be had. 

Relief contracts are great for people who can not commit to a permanent contract and would like to pick up hours on an ad-hoc basis.

You will support people with a Learning Disability to increase their skills.

You will need the ability to work on your own initiative and will be able to develop our local services through proactive approaches. Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients,and other professionals is essential. The ability to maintain accurate and up to date recordings

Key skills & Experiences:

          Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

          Willingness to travel across South London & Surrey.

          Great team working skills.

          Must be flexible to changing working environments.

          Willingness to undergo additional training as and when required.

The service has it’s own vehicles, so driving would be an advantage but not essential. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to positively help people with a learning disability and challenge attitudes towards learning disability as a whole.
