We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, outgoing person to support 4 ladies that have been diagnosed with a learning disability and have a variety of needs including requiring support with medication, moving around their own home, finances and daily living skills.

We are working to make our recruitment person centred, so the service profile attached has been created with the people that we support.

The selection process will use this profile to match not only skills and experience, but also hobbies and interests of applicants with the people being supported. It is likely that the final decision on the success of your application will be decided by the people you will be supporting along with their keyworkers and families.

You must be willing to work flexibly as and when required. You will work on a rota basis throughout the week and at weekends. It would be preferable, but not required, for you to be a driver.
