We have a fantastic opportunity available for a hardworking and diligent individual to join our Development team in Manchester. We are recruiting for a full-time Development Assistant on a permanent basis to help with our ambitious growth plans. 

The Development Assistant provides support our fantastic Development Team. You will ensure delivery on 5 key areas which is vital to our success:

  • Customer Service

  • Financial Performance

  • Market Expert

  • Business Process Supporter

  • Relationships manager

Providing excellent customer service is key in this role, you will be liaising with Golden Lane Housing Tenants, their support networks, landlords and investors we work with. You will also be working with our housing and operational teams to ensure services are handed over and our customers receive an excellent service.

This role will be based in our Manchester office at Parkway Business Centre on a Monday – Friday 9am-5pm basis. There may be travel involved occasionally.
