Job Advert

We are looking to recruit full time, compassionate and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our amazing team in Ilford.

The individuals in the service will need support with their medication, personal care and daily living tasks. The adults we support enjoy a variety of activities which include Swimming, Shopping, Socialising, going on days out and Dancing. Often the people will try a range of activities they have never done before, they enjoy to continually discover new activities of enjoyment and challenge themselves.

As well as the team that support them, family members are very involved in support. Being social and having conversations about things that are of interest and daily life is something they truly value.

We would love to hear from you if you are a passionate and enthusiastic person, who enjoys an active lifestyle. A great team player is needed, to work closely with people we support, families and other staff to ensure we are all delivering the best support we can.

As a support worker, flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as you may be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings (ideal for you early risers!) afternoons and evenings. Sleep-Ins will also be required.

One of the most amazing things about being a Support Worker is that anyone can do it! As long as you have a positive attitude and want to improve the lives of those with a learning disability, we will support you with progression opportunities throughout your career with us.
