Job Advert

Do you have a dog and are you able to bring it along with you to bring happiness and enjoyment to a person with a learning disability?

Dog Walking Volunteers have multiple benefits - not only do they allow the people we support to meet new volunteers and spend time with their dogs, they provide a health benefit too, allowing the people with a chance to get out and about, stretch their legs and get some fresh air.
We support a woman in her 60s in the Aigburth area of Liverpool who loves dogs and would benefit greatly from such a volunteer. You might take her on a walk to the local park or simply spend time with her at home with your dog. She would like you to visit on either a Tuesday, a Thursday or at the weekend.
Please see the role profile below for more information.
Please note: it is essential your dog is docile and friendly with new people.

Please click 'apply' to apply for the role; or click 'Additional Information' to download an electronic form which you can print and send to us.
