An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self-motivated Digital Fundraising Marketing Officer to join our welcoming and established fundraising team.

This fantastic role is offering a full time (37.5 hrs per week) permanent contract, a competitive salary and a wealth of benefits. The role will be based at our Centre of Engagement in Central London, but will be home working until we can return to our offices safely, in addition flexible working can be discussed and agreed with your line manager.

The Digital Fundraising Marketing Officer will work with teams across fundraising to implement fundraising marketing activity and digital media.

You will also work collaboratively with the Digital Fundraising Marketing Manager on the development and delivery of digital marketing plans through to analysis of campaigns, identifying ways to increase conversion, retention and average gift.

You will be implementing fundraising marketing activity, assisting in the creation of fundraising and stewardship journeys and supporting with the innovation and development of new fundraising activities. You will achieve an agreed fundraising target for new and existing products.

Essential skills and experience for this role:

  • Ability to manage complexity, ambiguity and uncertainty whilst remaining focussed on achieving the fundraising business objectives
  • Experience of running digital marketing campaigns utilising social media platforms and an email management system e.g. DotDigital, MailChimp (or similar)
  • Excellent project management and planning skills
  • Experience of delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Confident and positive communicator and networker who can work collaboratively, sharing information appropriately and building supportive, trusting and professional relationships with colleagues
  • Experience of digital advertising platforms inc. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads
