We are currently looking for an Assistant Service Manager (ASM) to join our team in Bury St. Edmunds. 

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career with support to develop, or for someone who is looking to get stuck into a new challenge.

The role of the ASM will be to mentor and manage a tight team of Support Workers as well as ensuring the smooth running of ‘Harmony House’ & 'The Willows' alongside an experienced Service Manager.

You will be required to work flexibly across the week to ensure that management support is available across site, alongside the rest of the management team.

You will need to be confident enough to lead, support and direct staff and flourish in a management role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is motivated and committed to getting results

• Has an eye for detail

• Has strong organisational skills and time keeping

• Will be an advocate for people with a learning disability

• Is approachable and able to support their team
