We are currently looking to expand our team of dedicated support workers who are based in Carlton. Our team support 10 people with a learning disability across two houses.
 
The individuals need support with their medication, personal care, finances and daily living tasks such as, cooking and cleaning. You will be required to update support plans and assist with paying their bills and budget planning.

As a support worker, flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as you will be required to work a variety of different shifts throughout the week, including mornings, afternoons and evenings. You will also be required to do Sleep-ins.
